Labor is guaranteed for 30 days. New parts warranted by manufacturer; used parts warranted for 30 days. Damage caused by abuse, power surge, virus, or spyware voids warranty. Lakes PC Help is not responsible for keeping copies of customer data in-shop after delivery of computer. Any saved data will be disposed of immediately. Lakes PC Help liability for data loss is limited to the fee of the data backup or in-shop recovery service. Any equipment left over 60 days will become the property of Lakes PC Help and may be disposed of or sold to recover outstanding charges. Customer is responsible for all charges incurred during the collection of bad debts and NSF checks. All services are payable upon completion of work unless previous arrangements have been made.
